Legends Studios, in association with artist Kitty Cantrell, offers a unique line of fine art, collectible, home decor and gift items called Kitty's Critters. The 'Cultured Porcelon' is cast in a composite material of fine powdered porcelain dust and blended with a high inmpact resin to produce a durable and lasting product. They are then hand painted and detailed. Kitty's Critters are highly collectible and a unique gift for that hard that hard to find a present for person! Check measurements carefully as these Kittys Critters sculptures vary in size from small to large. For indoor use only. Keep out of bright sun. These whimsical Critters aren't always easy to spot. Award-winning artist and environmentalist, Kitty Cantrell brings these elusive Kittys Critters to life. They make us appreciate all of earth's little creations: even the ones we can't always see. Shipping is FREE on orders of $80 or more within the US. An additional charge will be added for Hawaii & Alaska after the items are weighed so that you will receive the best rate .
Most items ship within 24 HRS or less some items may take a little longer depending on availability. We will contact you if an item will take longer than 2 weeks to ship.

Shoppers wishing to ship to Alaska or Hawaii must add additional shipping charges for USPS Priority Mail.
Most orders are shipped USPS ground to your address with in US.

Return Guidelines:

All damaged items must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt so we may contact the carrier ( ie... USPS )
Item(s) approved for exchange must be returned within 30 days (1 month) of the order date.
You must have either original receipt or a copy of receipt with the returned merchandise.
The item(s) must be returned in the original carton(s) without being used or damaged in any way.

Refund Policy:

We strive to make every customer 100% satisfied. You have 90 days for a complete refund and 90 days to exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchace please return it following these instructions.

Please notify Kittys-Critters.com first of reason for return.
Customer must handle return shipping cost unless an error was do on our part.
Customer must safely pack and return merchandise in undamaged and unused condition within 90 days of purchase.
We can not reimburse shipped or return freight charges.
If the item was shipped for free there will be a shipping charge.

In order to expidit your order please have the item name & number ready as well as credit card and shipping information. All credit card orders must have the exact billing address information that matches the card holders name.

Refused Orders:

Any package that is refused will be charged a shipping fee if shipping was FREE and a 15% restocking fee.

Orders Not Received:

In order to make a claim we must be notified of a package that has not been received within 30 days of the original order.
